After more than a decade of successful collaboration between NTK EUROPE and Zannini, with an equal shareholding (50/50) in both Meccanica Veneta and Zannini Poland, the partners have decided to redefine their shareholding structure to optimize synergies and respond more effectively to the rapidly evolving market.

As a result of this operation, the new corporate structure will be as follows:

      NTK EUROPE  acquires 100% of Meccanica Veneta, taking full control of the company.

      NTK EUROPE reduces its shareholding in Zannini Poland, remaining as a minority

The management of NTK EUROPE expresses great enthusiasm for this operation, considering it a fundamental step in consolidating and expanding business activities. In the coming months, a strategic development plan for Meccanica Veneta will be presented, aimed at strengthening its market position and production capabilities.
