NTK Europe announces the signing of the agreement which formalizes the birth of NTK India, a production branch controlled with a majority stake by the group.

NTK Europe, by opening a production branch in the city of Gurgaon (IND), located at the border with the Indian capital Delhi, once again highlighting how investments are the driving force behind the growth of the companies in the group.

The contacts with the counterparty find their roots in the supply relationships that NTK Europe entered more than thirteen years ago with ER automotive, an Indian company active in the production of components for the automotive sector.

In fact, it is from a transfer of a company branch from ER automotive that NTK India was born.

The joint venture was created with the aim of exploiting the immense potential of the Indian market and its abundant and competent human resources.

The Indian reality adds to the previous investments in Meccanica Veneta (IT) and Zannini Poland (PO), making the group now present in three different countries.

With the acquisition, NTK Europe can now count on a dynamic, diverse, and skilled workforce of more than 600 people.
